For some players, the game doesn't want to start and they receive a black screen, unable to do anything because nothing happens. It is zoomed and cutscenes are pillarboxed to 16:9 but still zooms in which cuts significant portions of the cutscenes. DOWNLOAD THE FIX FILES, EXTRACT THEM, COPY ALL THE FILES AND THEN PASTE THEM IN THE RESIDENT EVIL 3 GAME FOLDER AND MAKE SURE TO COPY AND REPLACE WHILE PASTING THE FIX FILES AND THAT IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO TO FIX THE RESIDENT EVIL 3 PC VERSION NOT LAUNCHING ISSUE.
