The developer has detailed a few new Blood Bowl 3 features too. According to Cyanide, Chaos Renegades is made up of players “so dirty” that no other team would accept them. The other new additions are the Old World Alliance and the Chaos Renegades. Two new teams are being added from the new version of the board game itself: the Black Orcs and the Imperial Nobility. The Human, Orc, Dark Elf, Elven Union, Skaven, Dwarf, Nurgle, and Chaos Chosen teams are here from prior entries. There are 12 in total, with eight returning from the previous games and four new options. The most important information shared is about the football teams themselves. Ahead of the planned launch early next year, Cyanide Studio has revealed more about the third entry. This gory take on the sport is a mashup of Warhammer, football, and turn-based strategy, quite a unique mix. Back in summer, developer Cyanide Studio and publisher Nacon announced Blood Bowl 3 would make its series debut on Nintendo Switch in 2021.
